Job Summary

Serve as project lead for M&R projects, initiatives, training development, budgeting and tracking.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Training: Develop training modules for M&R tasks and provide training to M&R staff.  
  • Budget: Help in developing M&R O&M and Capital projects and budgets and manage projects, budgets and overtime to keep company costs within fiscal constraints.  Develop program for centrally managing M&R spare parts inventory.
  • Compliance: Track and report on M&R regulatory compliance activities.
  • Database Administrator: Serve as administrator for M&R data and work with IT and other departments to update M&R related databases.  Help further develop and administer M&R SharePoint site.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Highly proficient at using UGI systems such as SAP, DOJM, OBIEE, Oracle, Mapframe, SharePoint, and Microsoft programs such as Word and Excel.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with persons within and external to M&R, such as IT, Operations, Accounting, and Capital Planning.
  • Excellent written communication and report writing skills.

Education and Experience

Education: 4 year college degree required - Preferably in Engineering or Technical degree
Experience: Minimum of 3 years
