Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design natural gas facilities including mains, services, metering, and pressure regulator stations for business development projects including conversions and new construction. Manage project manpower requirements, materials procurement, and permit application regarding the design and implementation of the project. Monitor projects for actual installation costs, and cost containment, versus estimated design costs using Oracle, change orders, and post-construction debriefing with Operations to determine project cost variances.
  • Prepare business development project job completion packages for Central Maps & Records and Accounting Departments (including graphical completion in Design Manager, financial close-out in DOJM, completed job orders, and checklists) in a timely manner.
