Summary:

Provide support to field personnel, process contractor bill, payroll, accounting functions and any support duties as assigned.

 

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Provide clerical support for the production of Purchase requisitions, request for checks, daily crew activity roster, call out database and special project.
  • Maintain designated reports and works with Supervisors to get correct information in a timely manner.
  • Process all permits and payments.  Maintains internal tracking for billing, and records.
  • Perform daily data entry in accordance with all company policies.
  • Responsible for working in multiple computer systems daily.
  • Responsible for making phone calls and setting up appointments with customers as needed for special projects.
  • Any other duties as assigned.
