Maintain the Service Technicians daily schedules. Provide a full work day for each technician and  to minimize non-billable time. Dispatch the technicians as service calls are received. Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in. Maintain the on call schedule for service technicians. Assist HVAC Manager as requested. Maintain customer database and service portals with current information. Clear communication with department managers, employees and customer

  • Basic Requirements
    • Outstanding Customer Service Skills
    • Computer Skills – Word, Excel, Outlook
    • Ability to Multi Task
    • Organizatinal Skills in managing workload and follow up
    • Knowledge of Service Area Geography

 

 

  • Daily Tasks
    • Take all incoming calls / emails for service
    • Enter calls int dispatch board 
    • Schedule technicians to accommodate customer needs
    • Fllow up with Technicians as calls are complete logging hours worked, recording follow-up work needed and dispatching next call
    • Communicate with Service Manager as problems that arise
