Job Summary (Purpose):
This position is an active supervisor leading a team of Training Facilitators in delivering, scheduling, and overseeing training programs across the CES organization and supporting departments. The supervisor ensures effective delivery of learning content, manages the training calendar, and evaluates training effectiveness to support employee development and align with business strategic initiatives. This role collaborates with CES Management and supporting departments to facilitate career development through high-quality training delivery and continuous improvement.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of comprehensive training programs, including instructor-led training, virtual training sessions, workshops, and coaching to address identified needs for the Customer Engagement Centers (CES) departments.
- Manage the training request pipeline and training calendar. Coordinate with stakeholders to schedule training sessions that minimize business disruption while meeting learning needs.
- Supervise, coach, and develop Training Facilitators. Conduct performance evaluations and identify development opportunities for team members.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and coaching sessions as needed to deliver learning content effectively and model facilitation excellence.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and prioritize learning objectives across different departments and levels within the organization.
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of CES training programs using metrics such as post-training assessments, behavioral changes, and business impact. Provide regular reporting on training outcomes.
- Ensure accurate and timely tracking of instructor-led and web-based learning activities in the AmeriGas Learning Management System.
- Manage administrative functions associated with instructor-led training including training environments, web and classroom scheduling, and learner registration.
- Work closely with HR, department managers, and subject matter experts to align training delivery with organizational goals and ensure stakeholder engagement.
- Implement quality standards for training delivery, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all facilitators and sessions.
- Identify high-potential employees during training sessions and collaborate with CES Management on personalized development plans to support career progression.
- Collect and analyze feedback from training participants and stakeholders to continuously improve training delivery and learner experience.
- Partner with the Learning Content & Design Supervisor to provide feedback on training materials and ensure content supports effective facilitation.
- Keep abreast of new learning trends, delivery methodologies, and facilitation technologies to continuously improve training effectiveness.
- BPO Liaison/Evaluations: Lead quarterly train-the-trainer sessions, conduct training evaluations, and manage close-loop feedback processes.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrated team leadership and supervisory skills essential.
- Proven ability to facilitate engaging and effective training sessions for diverse audiences.
- Strong project management skills to manage training schedules and multiple simultaneous training initiatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with virtual training platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams), LMS platforms, and training administration tools.
- Data analysis skills to evaluate training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
Education and Experience Required:
- BA/BS in Learning & Development, Business, Education, or related field or equivalent experience preferred.
- Professional certification in training and facilitation a plus (e.g., ATD, CPTD, CPLP, Train-the-Trainer).
- Minimum 3+ years of progressive experience in training delivery and facilitation with at least 2 years of supervisory or lead experience.
- Proven experience delivering various types of training programs, including instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to assess training needs and measure training effectiveness.
Preferred Experience:
- Propane industry business knowledge preferred.
- AmeriGas system knowledge: CRM, SAP, SuccessFactors, Ancile, Poppulo, etc.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training administration.
- Experience conducting train-the-trainer programs and evaluator calibration sessions.

The pay for this position ranges from $86,600.00 to $100,000.00, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors.
