Job Summary:
The Area Coordinator provides organizational and administrative support to the Area Director and Area operations. The position requires an exceptional level of organizational skills in administration, scheduling and communications with the ability to manage many tasks, activities and deadlines. The Area Coordinator acts as the central communications point for the Area and networks as needed while under minimal supervision from the Area Director.  They answer, review, and handle all incoming calls, e-mails, daily mail, produce reports and other administrative activities as needed. Their activity covers a broad spectrum of situations, which will require good decision-making skills, and a high level of continuous follow up on issues.


Education and Experience Required:
•    High School Diploma plus ability on all office equipment and have computer skills at an intermediate level using Microsoft office products
•    5+ years with demonstrated experience in a business office environment
•    5+ years in a fast paced business operation or similar office setting where they need to handle many different activities
